Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purrenza.com.
Kindly include clear images of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number.
Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.


Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order with Purrenza™, you agree to our posted shipping time frames.
Most orders are delivered within these time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections or carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days beyond our displayed delivery period, please contact us at support@purrenza.com.
We will gladly send a replacement order or issue a full refund.


Returns

We currently do not accept returns for refunds.
Our guarantee covers only:

  • Defective or damaged items, and

  • Orders lost in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Purrenza.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon inquiry, we will provide confirmation details, including:

  • The delivery address,

  • Date of delivery,

  • Tracking information, and

  • The shipping carrier used.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to investigate or file a claim for the missing package.
