Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to follow your package’s progress at any time.
If tracking information is not updated for several days, don’t worry — your package is still on its way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional costs or any possible delays caused by customs inspections.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within 14 business days, external factors such as customs, weather conditions, or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
